Summen from Bergen, Norway has changed their name from Rally.
Rally released Parroting EP and Spoiler on Black Smoke 2009.
Summen/Rally are the descendant of Monopot.
Monopot released two albums and one EP on Smalltown Supersound:
Something Is Like Nothing Was (1999), Taran EP (2001) and Optipess (2002).
Summen/Rally has been making music since 2003.
